Afternoon,

I have recently bought my first batch of huel products.
3packs of hot and savoury (1 of each flavor) and 1 bag of huel powder.
Now the powder I do like, so I want to keep this, but I have opened one pack of the hot and savoury and this was not at all to my liking.
I read that unopened packs/bags can be returned to address in Luxembourg, but nowhere can I find anything about the shipping itself? Is this free of charge or? Hand in local postoffice?

I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the pouch of hot & savoury, can I ask which flavour it was that you didn’t enjoy and opened initially?
