Hi guys. What is the longest time you can keep Huel in the fridge. It’s 24 hours now and wonder could I have it tomorrow morning 6am

It’s been done before but we don’t know the affect on the micronutrients. Post here from a few years ago that might help you out.

How long once made up?

From my experience, if not refrigerated Huel can develop an unpleasant vinegary taste after 12 to 18 hours (although I have still consumed it like this once with no ill affects). Refrigerated, I have eaten my Huel up to 48 hours after preparation and it’s tasted OK. Obviously, I have no idea about the nutritional impact of leaving Huel for that long, but my use of Huel isn’t all about the Nutrition. Totally just my observations. Thanks for that my Huel will be 36 hours old but been refrigerated the entire time.

I must admit I am not a fan of Huel after it has been prepared for over 24 hours and refrigerated the whole time. I have quite sensitive tastebuds for many things despite a love of very hot and spicy things that few others can tolerate. It definitely has a different taste. I normally drink Huel between 12 and 18 hours after prep.
