So it’s Pancake Tuesday! I just made me and the wife Huel pancakes with scrambled eggs - golden syrup and lemon juice tasted bloody amazing!!!
Top tip DON’T use your blender to mix it - it’s like concrete mix and takes a long time to get out again. Do use a bit more milk to thin the mixture if needed, I left mine in the fridge for 4 hours to stew, then added a bit more milk until it’s just poured off the ice cream scoop I was using to measure out pancake portions. (1 scoop makes perfect American sized pancake)
