Just be wary of the malitol, some people (me included) react to sugar alcohols quite badly. (Usually due to IBS) however I found that after some minor… issues… after 2-3 days, I can tolerate one bar a day, more than that and I’ll be stuck on the toilet remainer of the day. I’d say start with a half, evaluate and go from there. They’re good though, cheap and quite subtle. Low sugar at 3% ish (chocolate is more though)

I’m so hungry today. I’ve had very little appetite last weeks making this journey relatively easy. Not binging will be a challenge today. I hope it feels better tomorrow. Not at all happy with food choices nor amount of kcal today FML.
