I’ve got a question and I’m hoping someone can let me know.
I made a bottle of huel yesterday morning and left it in the fridge over night. Would it still be safe to consume today. I don’t want to waste it.
What time frames are there when you make huel. Both in the fridge and not in the fridge.
100g huel
450ml water
2g chocolate powder
It’ll be fine if it’s been in the fridge. I regularly bring Huel to work, then decide to have something else for lunch and leave it in the fridge till the following day. Never had any problems with it.
I have done 36hrs in fridge and all fine just needed reshaking a little

I am at 72hrs in the fridge still fine no change in taste at all. trying to not make a habit of it but waste not want not!
