Subscription + e-mail issues


I’ve been having a problem with my account where my subscription preferences were not being saved. I contacted support last month (17497) about this and had to have a new account set up. I then setup a new subscription but have just received a shipment with the wrong (old) contents. (2 berry, 2 vanilla rather than 4 vanilla)

When I go to update my subscription in my account the website initially tries to set up a brand new subscription and then I’m unable to check out.

I’ve tried contacting support but not getting any reply so wondering if there is a wider issue with my account :slight_smile:

Please help -I really don’t like the Berry!
