Subscription problem


I have no way of cancelling my subscription. I get email notifications and text notifications so they have my details, as well as my credit card information. But they won’t let me cancel?

Do I really have to cancel my card to stop this? Seems wrong!

How do I cancel my order?


you need to sign up for an account, when you initially place your order you wouldnt have needed to sign up

once you have signed up for an account you will be able to manage your subscriptions or just call their office

The problem here is I am moving address, yet my order is on repeat. So unless I cancel my credit card I can’t stop my card being debited for a package I will never get.

There does not seem to be a phone number to call in order to cancel the order. What can I do?

You can cancel your subscription or edit the address your Huel is delivered to at any time in the “Manage Subscription” section of your account. You can read more about this on this page.

However, I have cancelled your subscription, so you will not receive any more deliveries of Huel until you re-order again.

Apologies we didn’t get back to you sooner. The quickest way to get customer service support is to email who will usually answer much sooner than we can on the forum.

Problem here is how can it reconcile my credit card with my new account, I ordered the repeat subscription before I created the account.

It’s based off of your email address. As long as you create an account with the same email address, you will be able to access your subscription even if you create the account after your subscription!

I see the below response, however I have registered and Huel sends me texts and emails, I don’t see how its possible to change the subscription to my new address? Or cancel it?

I haven’t really explained this very well, so apologies Niall.

You can buy Huel and sign up to get emails from Huel. However, this doesn’t mean you have an ‘account’ with Huel.

If you go onto this page and select “Register”, you will be able to create an account. From there, if you select “Manage Subscription” in your account page, you will have the ability to pause, cancel, change the shipping address and numerous other functions of your subscription.

As I say, I have already cancelled your subscription, so there’s no need to attempt to cancel it again right now. However, if you would prefer to re-activate it and change the shipping address, please send a request to, where we’d be happy to help!

Thanks, so I am now able to get in but I do not see any subscriptions. I hope I will not see by credit card debited next month?

You absolutely won’t! Your subscription has been cancelled so, unless you order next month yourself manually, you won’t be billed again.
