Too chalky / flour-y

So, first time using Huel. I mixed 3 scoops with approx 20oz of water as instructed. It’s so thick and chalky I feel like I have to chew it, and almost gag in the process. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I don’t think I’m going to be able to do this.

Try adding more water if you find it too thick. Also blending in a banana, leaving it in the fridge for a couple of hours can help with the chalkyness - don’t give up yet, experiment. Good luck

I stuck to my own measurements … 2 scoops with 300ml water and shaken hard (I found chilled water is the best for me) and drunk straight away.

Everyone one is different, so it may not be everyone’s liking

That would be the sensible thing to do…I mean I do that if I make soup, Dahl, chilli etc…same rules apply to Huel.
