I have been on Huel for a week now, 100g for breakfast and 100g for lunch. I make up my mixture the night before and put in the fridge.
For the first couple of days I used the Huel shaker, but then I came across the USN tornado shaker. I have to say it is excellent. You can easily get 100g in the container in the base (it does need a little thump on the worktop after you put 75g in just to create the extra space needed for 100g)
Perfect for 2 Huel meals. Well recommended. You can pick them up on Amazon for £4.
The Base on the bottom means that the shakers fit in car cup holders too. Perfect for breakfast in the car on the way to work. Can’t recommend these enough.
A rather large chunk of the one star reviews state that the one they received leaks or it breaks after 2-3 weeks so I wouldn’t get too excited over the build quality. But it’s cheap. You get what you pay for.
I don’t find any of the plastic shakers to be massively long lasting. I’ve just invested in a stainless steel one which is pretty good, though a bit cold to touch straight out of fridge. Easy to clean, and doesn’t have the residual smell of the shake even the BPA free plastic ones seem to get…
