Sent an email almost a week ago now, as well as a Facebook message and had nothing come back. I’ve been sent the wrong items and just want my order corrected.
You’re happy to take my money the instant I place an order but can’t get a single word back? I’ve seen lots of other posts talking about similar experiences. I can imagine huel makes more than enough money to hire a proper customer service team, it’s really not acceptable to treat customers this way.
