Earlier this week I placed my first order since May 2024 - can’t wait for it to arrive!! - and I was just browsing the website again as I slowly get back into Huel in a big way. In the past it was just a convenient healthy option - as someone becoming a vegan for the first time, it’s going to be truly invaluable.
When I look at the Hot & Savoury product page, there are some very small thumbnail images beside each flavour’s name, and then there are some full-sized product images to the left. I can’t speak for others - but, personally, I find those thumbnail images too small to really be able to make out what’s in them.
Given how different each H&S product can be, I’d really love to be able to look through full-sized images of the actual product on a per-flavour basis. This is somewhat exacerbated by the only apparent way of trying all flavours seemingly being to drop three-digits on one each of two different selection boxes;
In some ways, H&S is just fundamentally a very different product line to any of the others. I think it would sell better if the website better catered to the greater differentiation between each individual H&S SKU.

edit: Oh - turns out I’m dumb; clicking on “Learn more” does show you a photo of that particular flavour. Those images are grand - but the discoverability of them is poor. I had expected that to just lead to a bunch of text; maybe some allergy warnings, or regulatory disclaimers. I still think the product page could be improved.
