Hi all!
I’ve looked into Huel quite a bit the past year or so, and I decided to finally purchase some last week, I’ve started today completely using it for every meal, around 3 70g portions per day.
I just have a few questions and although I am not using this primarily for weight loss, I would like to know how much I could possibly lose, solely through Huel. I’m a big guy, around 18stone and would like to get down to 14st like I was a few years ago, I also suffer with ibs which has become quite bad recently but I sort of have it under control now, just wondering if this could also help with ibs.
Also, love the stuff, thick and keeps you full.
