Made two meals last night;
200ml skim milk
200ml of water
3 scoops of huel
1 teaspoon of huel choc powder.
The same but without the milk and replaced with water.
The drink made with milk really thickens over night, unlike the water only mix. Both taste great, was just shocked how different consistencies were.
Wonder which percent milk did you use?
I always make mine with (dairy free) milk on a 50/50 ratio with water…then refrigerate overnight. oat or coconut milk generally, sometimes hemp but never soya.
We use red top which I think is 0.1% I think?
