I’ve never had a problem with interlink and we get quite a lot of stuff from them. Maybe your in an area with a disorganised depo?
I didn’t have any problems with delivery, I ordered on Friday night and received Huel next working day - Monday.
I have to agree entirely. Found them to be brilliant for all the same reasons. I was so impressed I specifically left them praise online, as well as signing up here to chip in.
The companies themselves don’t seem to care, always seems to be the attitude of the actual driver that determines sloppy or silver service. Shame.
Been messed about by Interlink too, annoying as I live alone and had to take a previous day’s leave to be in for it. Once is an error, twice would just be rude so hoping they don’t screw up again on Friday 
If they do mess up again, be sure to email team@huel.com. Usually the same drivers do the same routes/areas, so when we contact Interlink and let them know it’s not okay, it usually fixes things.
