Hey guys, I’m new to the forum here. 24M / 12st 3lbs. I’m officially 10 days into my Huel journey. I’ve replaced my breakfast and lunch with Huel (2 scoops) and I’m down 4 pounds already! It’s a great feeling to see results and I’m on track to reaching my target weight of 11 stone by January / February. Keep rocking on!

2 weeks down now, how are you doing? As @Talort says, it’s a marathon not a sprint. You’ll get fluctuations week to week, sometimes you’ll lose, sometimes you’ll gain, but as long as the weight goes down over the course of the months then you’re on the right track!
