16lb weight loss in a week

Hi, been on huel for a few months, not 100%, work as a truck driver and live in the truck Monday to Friday, went 90% huel and started training, running in morning, boxing training in evening, put on 4lbs, went 100% huel this week, trained twice a day 4 days, and have dropped 16lbs, this may be in part to completely cutting out fizzy drinks, which is always my weakness, on only drinking water & coffee, really just wandering if this is a healthy amount to lose one week?

That’s over 7KG, that’d be unhealthy if it was possible.

What you’ve lost is water weight and likely a small amount of body mass :slight_smile:
