2 Week Delayed Delivery?

I’ve ordered my usual monthly bulk of huel on the 25th of July and it has STILL not been delivered 2 weeks later. Normally takes 1-2 days but this time has been 2 weeks and counting, website showing:

’ We have your order

Your order will be dispatched shortly’

And emailing with the huel team led to little results. I have cancelled my next subscription as I certainly wont be ordering again if I’ve lost 84 quid and not even received my huel.

I have already emailed them back and forth and they have just given up responding now. They told me a week ago that it should be getting shipped ‘any moment’ and I will receive my delivery ticket any moment now. Its been a week since then and they have stopped replying all together. I see DPD vans deliver to neighbours every day, so its a blatant lie that they are having issues with DPD. I have cancelled my subscription and ordered a competitor food replacement. So disappointing as have been very happily having huel for breakfast for over 5 years.
Website now shows as ‘You have no upcoming deliveries’ and says my previous order was ‘dispatched’ just as all my other orders. When thats a complete lie and I’ve never received it and been charged 84 quid.

Hey Chris - sincere apologies for any inconvenience and lack of clarity/response here. I can see that you’ve sent a couple more emails to us which I’m going to close as I’m responding here, but if you would like further clarity or information then please do reply to one of your two most recent threads and it should come directly into my inbox.

Any information we have provided to you in previous email threads is exactly what has been relayed to us by our warehouse. The order was prepared and passed to DPD, hence why my colleague Emilija was able to provide you a tracking number, but it seems that DPD has lost this in their system hence why it has not been delivered, which we can only apologise for.

As an apology, I can see that Emilija has already partially refunded your order and my other colleague Shagana has also provided a discount code to you to use on a future order. I will place a new order for you now and personally keep an eye on it daily to track its process.

15 pounds of my 84 pound of my order I ordered 2-3 weeks ago has been refunded. One tracking number was supplied last week which never worked (No results found on dpd site), I’ve then seen dpd vans delivering nearby no issues. Then on the huel website the ‘we have your order message’ disappears and acts as if it has been delivered in past orders. Now today, after emailing again, you’ve reordered a brand new order with a new order number? So can you admit this order has been lost? Email says 2-3 days delay surely its not normal for a 2-3 weeks delay?
