Quite new here, been using huel for two weeks now and I’m happy that I’m losing weight,
First week of 1 shake for breakfast ( 2 scoops huel 1 whey protein) and 1800 calories I lost 5 lbs
Second week as above I lost another 3!
So 8 pound in 2 weeks,
Very happy with this.
Have a mighty hangover today and the last thing on my mind is a shake though
Any tips on getting rid of a hangover is appreciated
How’s everyone else doing on it?
