I want to convert a full bag of Huel into new flavour instead of adding the flavour each time i prepare the mix.
Has anyone tried something like that?
If i’m not wrong, a full bag of vanilla (1,75kg) needs 35g of flavour, so it seems that 1 scoop (~38g) could be a good aproximation.
My main concern is if the flavour can be homogeneously mixed inside the bag and how to do it to avoid getting “too strong”/“too tasteless” servings each time.
Thank you,
I’ve done this before, but not in the bag. Instead, I poured the entire bag into a large plastic container with a sealable lid, shoved in an estimate of how much flavour I thought it needed and shook and rotated the container around for a while like a cement mixer. Tried making a meal to taste and then adjusted the flavour accordingly by adding a little more until it tasted just right. Best to start off too low and gradually increase the amount of flavour over several meals until it tastes just right. Make a note of how much flavour you ended up putting in and Bob’s your uncle, use that next time.
I considered this, but instead ended up buying liquid flavourings. That way you just need to squirt it in, rather than farting around with powder.
