Advice on meal planning

Firstly, I wanted to say how incredible the customer service and this forum is. I love nearly everything about Huel’s products and services! As a vegan, it’s wonderful to find a product like this.

I’m new to Huel and have been using it since Wednesday. I’m using it mainly for weight-loss but also to address not meeting nutritional needs.

On most days (using the My Fitness Pal app to track) I have managed to have 2 Huel meals and one real meal and end up with a 200-300 calorie deficit. However, I’m using the gym now on average of 3 times per week (roughly an hour of cardio and 20 mins of strength training) and after inputting my exercise into the app I am being left with a calorie deficit of 1000 - 1200!!

Is it necessary to make up some of this shortfall on gym days?

I’m more of a eat when I’m hungry Hueler :smiley: Maybe add a bar in if you’re hungry? I don’t gym but practice Yoga every day and walk about 13,000 steps a day on average x
