Hello folks, what (if anything) are you using to replace the Huel flavour boosts?
I quite like making up a strawberry or salted caramel Huel with more flavour than the flavoured Huel Black powders provide
Thank you for any suggestions

I use simply sugar free syrups these days. I quite like their gingerbread, eggnog (vegan), honeycomb (vegan,) pistachio and speculoos. I haven’t tried salted caramel or strawberry but they do have them. I use them with white original and black unflavoured in a 50/50 mix
Thank you, fella - very much appreciated.
Oooo, I know people who use the likes of Cacao powder and various different honeys!
If you try them, let me know how you get on.
I’m in the cacao powder gang. It’s been my morning breakfast for years. Although recently I’ve been adding Daily Greens in as well to save me having to have that separately. Couldn’t really do that with DG v1 as the flavour was too overpowering but with v2 it’s not ‘too bad’.
Just a quick follow-up that I’ve discovered https://www.foodieflavours.com/ and am going to order a few - will report back
If you haven’t ordered this one I’ll be mega-disappointed: Bacon OS Natural Flavouring | Foodie Flavours
I saw that! But apparently OS means oil-soluble, so might not work in Huel.
But I reckon it’s worth a try…
An Delivery has arrived!
Looking at the dosing guidelines, each of these 15 flavours should do a good few Huels
(Approx 1ml per litre - I make my Huels with 90g powder and 600ml water, so 12 drops per Huel, and each bottle of flavour should do 25 shakes - with 15 bottles that makes … uhmm… about one meeellion shakes? )
I will report back when I’ve tried some
That’s interesting. Have you noticed what I have about them?
Huel’s neighbours?
That’s it.
Ohhhhhhh! I noticed they were Tringers but missed the Huel link Good spot!
Trying the honeycomb flavour in a shake today - 60g vanilla Huel black, 30g vanilla My Vegan protein powder, plus a scoop of oats and a scoop of chia/flaxseed/decimated coconut.
12 drops didn’t give a noticeable flavour so have doubled up with 24 drops. I’ll be having it post-run about 4pm - maybe the flavour will have intensified by then?
We can literally smell them from HQ, that’s how close they are
Soo… Do they smell more of maple syrup, or bacon? People need to know
Also, I’ve just realised I missed a trick - I should have bought the bacon flavouring to see if I can make bacon-flavoured tofu
Also, 24 drops of honeycomb flavour was very pleasant in today’s Huel. I might have added too many oats, though (I blend in a Breville Blend Active gadget thinger) - the Huel came out a bit gloopy, but was very filling
Or maple bacon
