Bad bag?

I’ve been on Huel for a while now. I recently opened a Huel Black chocolate flavoured and made it in the usual way and put in the fridge over night. It’s extremely thick, so much so that it doesn’t even come out when the bottle! I’ve mixed the bag up, thinking that was the issue and still the same.
Could it be a bad bag of Huel?
Any advice?

not enough liquid? i mean i like mine a bit thicker so i dont put as much fluid in there.

I agree, try more liquid. Just pour it into your already mixed thick one and shake it up
