I stopped huel for a few months but quickly realised i felt alot better on it, huel for breakfast and lunch with a ‘usual’ foods meal in the evening seems to work well for me and the stoma.
Im finishing off what I had left over from the last batch whilst i wait for my next batch to be delivered, but im finding im getting really large clumps.
Ive not changed how I prepare it and its left overnight in the fridge, never had this problem before.
Can it vary from batch to batch? Do i need to shake it real hard or?
Is it possible powder that’s a few months old mixes less well? Just thinking if it’s the same batch that mixed ok at first but you’ve gone back to it months later and now it doesn’t mix so well… ???
That’s never something I’ve encountered before to be honest and I’ve had some bags open months. I’ve got a BE bag which has been open years (which I really should just finish off).
If the bag was open to the air it could possibly have changed it…a small amount of moisture may have ingressed. OP doesn’t state of it was an old opened or unopened bag. Like @coup I’ve had bags opened for months with no issues.
They were opened, probs nearing the 3 months mark. Id only had a month off of huel.
I prepared it on the same way as I did before, as far as I could tell the bags were sealed, no powder was stuck in the zip lock bit.
I guess its either not been sealed properly or just one of those things with the batch maybe, still tasted great etc just felt like i was wasting alot with the clumps xD
Im getting a delivery later today so ill see what its like with the new version
