Banana Bread - Simple, Vegan, Yummy
Ingredients:
Dry:
100 gram Huel (I use 50/50 Vanilla and Banana version)
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Wet:
2 Ripe Bananas (peeled, mashed)
50 ml oil (coconut or rapeseed)
100 ml Water
How:
- Preheat oven, 175 Celcius.
- Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, mix all together.
- Prepare a loaf pan with a bit of oil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden in color.
Topping of your own choice:
I like 50g dark chocolate, melted on top of the cake as it comes out of the oven. Then immidiately cool it down in the fridge/freezer to give the chocolate some crunchy contrast to the moist cake.
