Another very simple recipe:
2 bananas
1 egg
75 gr. Huel
1 teaspoon baking soda
Handful of cut pecans
Cinnamon
Mix all together and put in the oven for 35 min. on 170 degrees.
That’s it!

This is great - just made it for the second time. I sieve the dry ingredients to help it rise and then add the wet ingredients with a splash of milk also. It’s a little dense but gets rave reviews on taste!
