Blueberry & Carrot Huel

For those like me using Huel as part of a fat loss plan, here’s a combination that makes 2 scoops of Huel much more filling and gives you some of that fresh fruit & veg goodness, it’s also pretty simple:

500ml water
75g Huel (approx 2 scoops)
50g frozen blueberries
50g chopped carrot (or 1 carrot - earlier I used one which happened to be exactly 50g, but yesterday it was more like 70g)

optional - extra flavourings or spices (I used nutmeg earlier)

Blend it all to oblivion and top up with more water if needed (I like mine around 650ml)
