I have been replying to emails from 3 email addresses I’ve previously received Huel emails from, trying to get through to Huel’s customer service, but I’m getting no human response. I’ve had no problem for almost a decade replying to Huel’s emails and it automatically going through to customer service. I’m getting fed up here.
Huel keeps trying to take £200 from me every day since 29th April, and there is no way I can simply stop this myself on the website, and seemingly no easy way to communicate with Huel’s customer service anymore. Huel’s customer service has historically been brilliant, so this is frustrating and different.
I’ve sent the below email over the past week to:

When I reply to the emails from uk.event@email.huel(dot)com or team@huel(dot)com, I receive a reply back saying this inbox isn’t monitored. When I reply to the email from uk.event@email.huel(dot)com, I don’t receive anything back.
The large banner at the top of the Huel forum states customers can contact team@huel(dot)com or 01296 678516 (9-5pm BST/GMT). That’s the same email that no longer works, and that phone number, when called, simply says “The number you have dialed has not been recognised.” and disconnects.
I’ve gone to the Huel website on my phone and 2 different computers, trying several different browsers, and the live chat doesn’t appear when it used to. I don’t use Zuckerberg services like WhatsApp or social media, and I don’t use a single email address for everything for security purposes (instead I use email aliases like iCloud’s and similar), so I cannot email the specific address listed on the contact page from my Huel account email.
I used to be able to just go on live chat or reply to my Huel emails for many years which was dead simple… What’s happened? Why can’t I simply reply to the email I receive and it auto-forward to Huel customer service, instead of having to find some other email address or contact method elsewhere? It’s the equivalent of someone coming up to you with an important problem, and instead of being able to simply respond to them, they say you have to find some other way to communicate back instead of responding from where you originally were. Doesn’t make sense.
Please can someone respond and help? I’m facing a difficult time mentally and financially, and all I have been trying to do with Huel this past week is stop these repeated attempts at taking my money because I’m already struggling to navigate urgent bills already. There should be a simple way for a customer to do this on the website, or at least the ability to reply to the email and receive a response!!
I appreciate the forum is not meant for customer service issues, but I’ve exhausted all other options, I’m not creating some social account for this, and I don’t want to leave a frustrated negative Trustpilot review or something, JUST to SPEAK to a human at Huel.
