where seemingly loads of forum users are buying their food?
It seems from the general complaints and expectation that people on here must be picking up a sandwich in M&S or a cake in Tesco and if they don’t like the taste, asking for (and getting) their money back.
You have far more rights when buying products online. With M&S or Tesco, once you wander off with your crap sandwich, you’re out of luck.
…more utter bullsh*t entitlement
I think you’d have to be extra charming to get a refund on something you’ve opened though. I’ve never had to nerve to try that, even when I bought Berry one time. Literally toxic waste but I got it all down my throat.
That’s the spirit! I can’t ever imagine complaining about the taste of a packaged food product. If it’s not faulty it’s not faulty. If it doesn’t perfectly suit my highly-refined and demanding tastebuds that’s entirely down to me and I’ll just choose something else next time. It’s hardly the manufacturer’s fault.
