Chew your Huel!

I hope this won’t be too much information, and I don’t know about anyone else, but my very first experience of Huel was a windy one. I was starving when I drank my first shake (3 scoops) because I had been out sculling and I was holding off eating until my delivery came. Needless to say I drank it fast then suffered in the afternoon. However, I remembered some advice for juicing which was to “chew your juice” to allow for the first step of the digestive process. For the next 2 Huel meals I chewed it. It also had the result that I drank/ate it much more slowly. I did actually sort of chew it a bit - sounds disgusting somehow BUT my gut is back in order!
