Chocolate-vanilla-snickers Chia pudding

  • 5 tsp, cacao/cocoa/chocolate powder (I used your super’s magic mushroom which also has adaptogenic mushrooms and cinnamon. so add cinnamon if you like it)
  • 2 tbsp, chocolate protein powder (i used your super chocolate protein because i don’t like drinking it and needed something to use it up and mask the muddy taste lol… could use huel black choclate i suppose, but preferably a more protein heavy one)
  • 1 1/2 cup milk of choice (I use a mix - 1/4 cup Coconut Milk 1/2 cup oat milk 3/4 cup semi-skimmed (2.5%) Milk)
  • 45g/3 tbsp Peanut Butter (I used nu3 smooth)
  • 1 Large Banana
  • 2 tbsp, Maple Syrup
  • 3 tbsp(s), Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Chia seeds
  • 10 g (slighttly less than 1 tbsp) vanilla-almond butter (or more peanut-butter or cashew butter or whatever you have)
  • 1 scoop Black Edition Vanilla Flavor (could sub chocolate and then add some vanilla extract, or use original huel if that’s what you have…)
  • 1/3 cup water

Put in blender. Blend. Decant into jars. 7 portions of circa 125ml at circa 260 cal/ roughly C35:F35:P30 split depending on your protein powder/milk/nut butter choices) of which around 7.6g fibre
