Has anyone else noticed the flavour has changed for coffee caramel RTD, I had 2 boxes delivered and they definitely taste worse to me. Please don’t say Huel has now changed this flavour too, it was bad enough when they discontinued the coffee powder flavour.

When you say worse, did you not like it originally?

Hi Mark , thank for coming back to me. maybe saying worse was the wrong way to put it because the Coffee RTD was by far one of my favourites. I have it for breakfast every morning! The first thing I noticed was the cap was different, and it tastes a whole lot different, like a different product, so much so I have removed it from my subscription which I feel very miffed about !, so that is why I wondered if anyone else had noticed a difference. Will send an email as you have suggested.
They recently changed an ingredient, I forgot which. It was in an email many months ago. I just got my first batch of the updated berry RTD and I’m also very disappointed. I drink thousands of them, live by them, and now they are not enjoyable to drink but still palatable 
Yep had an email back from Huel about the changes they have made. It is so disappointing isn’t it, I really don’t understand and getting quite annoyed that they have a product that tastes good, make a change and make the product taste worse. The Coffee is also palatable but just not the same.

We did make some changes a little while back, so I’m sorry that you’re not a fan of these.
Of course we take all feedback and details into consideration so if you wouldn’t mind dropping us an email at team@huel.com with the batch details and we’ll raise this and keep an eye on this.
Hi Mark, I emailed Huel and had a reply. It was explained what had changed in the Coffee RTD, I am just so amazed that a product was good before, changes made and the product is not good after. I know people taste things differently but are the products not taste tested. I really like black edition chocolate RTD, I am just waiting for that to be changed at some point, and that become unpalatable to drink. I have been using Huel for a long time and use it for most of my calories throughout the day, its disspaointing to find a flavour you like for it to be changed at some point.
Maybe Huel should get a group of Huel lovers to taste test their products when they make changes or release new product, before they actually release them, to garner some feedback.
I’d certainly be interested.

So not going to lie, this is a cool idea. Any chance to meet @hunzas in person 
But honestly, a lot of thought and testing go into our products. We run sensory sessions, comparison sessions, blind tastings, the whole lot. All that feedback helps us shape and refine the products you see today. And when we say we look at everything, we really mean it… right down to how easy a product is to scoop.
A day in your office sounds like me dealing with my cats’ litter trays.

*Disclaimer: I haven’t actually tasted it - the cat litter tray or the RTD, but if @Mark_Huel wants to ship me a bottle, I’ll do a side by side test.
