Hazelnut extract mmm seems great
I also find the coffee has a bitter aftertaste, I’m currently mixing 2 scoops of regular 2.1 vanilla Huel (was out of date in March but it is fine) to 1 coffee Huel and might increase as my 2.1 runs out.
