Customer support at its best

Because of the coronovirus problem, I decided to stockpile my Huel and ordered six bags last week. As usual, a very quick delivery, however, there was one bag short. I didn’t realise that until late Friday afternoon. I advised Huel of the one bag shortage, knowing that it was too late in the week to sort it out.

I didn’t expect such a quick resolution. I got an email early Monday morning, from Jan, apologising for the mistake and rectifying it. Bottom line is that they shipped the missing box on the Monday and I received it at tea time on the Tuesday, delivered by the same DPD guy (David) with his usual cheery greeting.

That’s great customer service and I didn’t expect to have it resolved so quickly. Top marks for the service.
