Delivered to wrong address

First order has been delivered to the wrong address, not encouraging

Hope you get it sorted to the guy, must be annoying.

It’s clearly an issue with a specific order and needs to be handled directly with Huel’s customer service. Forums are not a platform for a specific customer service issue. Posting a general moan on the community forum without any specifics is not going to resolve the issue.

Edit: I’ve just read the the original unedited post, which actually contained a lot more information, including reasons why they created a thread and their order number so somebody at Huel could look at it or contact them. Should have been left as it was.
