My subscription renewed 23 rd Sept for 2 items . One arrived DPD next day the other has been sent to Hived as a courier. It is now 2nd September and no updated on hived tracking and no sign of delivery, what is more annoying is delivery was paid for and had always been within the 2 day window this is the first time I have had this long a delay, is anyone else having the same experience with hived courier? I am now out of HUEL so will have to buy premixed at extra cost until the order arrives, very disappointed, order number 8132660

my subscription renewed on 23/08/2026 and did not arrive, I spoke with Netal on 03/09/206 who was very helpful and reshipped the item. HivEd are still stating they have not received the package, this is now over 15 days since my subscription renewal, please can this be chased and can I request that Hived are not used as the courier can an alternate courier such as DPD be used or issue a full refund immediately.
