I have granola for breakfast, a bar for lunch with fruit and a normal evening meal, something healthy.
If you want to lose weight quick you will have to exercise, I find that with exercise if you’re not used to doing it, the thought of it is usually harder than doing it. Find something you like, a gentle bike ride or a brisk walk and progressively get faster/go longer. You will lose weight much quicker and it will improve/extend you life and many other benefits.
