Diet Plan?

Hello Everyone!

I just started using Huel and would like to lose about 8kg in the least time possible.

I am a 25 years old girl who doesnt exercise much…

Anyone can give me advices on how to get the most out of this product? Be it mixing it with normal food or not… sorry for the stupid questions but im new to this!

You need to work out your calories you need from the link on the get started page.
I have granola for breakfast, a bar for lunch with fruit and a normal evening meal, something healthy.
If you want to lose weight quick you will have to exercise, I find that with exercise if you’re not used to doing it, the thought of it is usually harder than doing it. Find something you like, a gentle bike ride or a brisk walk and progressively get faster/go longer. You will lose weight much quicker and it will improve/extend you life and many other benefits.
