DPD Tracking / Order Problems

Hi, I ordered yesterday and received my Huel shipping email this morning, but there is no parcel tracking reference in the email. Also there is nothing showing up in my DPD app, which it usually does for Huel Parcels.

I’ve contacted customer services via Facebook earlier this morning, but no response as yet. Is there a problem? Has anyone else had a problem?

Parcel has just arrived. Driver wasn’t aware of any problems and no details in the DPD app. :man_shrugging:
