Hi there, I gave up enjoying food for lent and so I switched to a diet of unsweetened Huel and water (I later allowed myself baking powder). That’s all been fine, I’ve lost weight, I’m still healthy and the pooping is regular and solid.
I’ve made a few videos of what I’ve been making and they’re mostly uninteresting but this morning I uploaded my lent challenge which, this year, was to eat a meal of raw powder and my friends seem to be enjoying me suffer and I wouldn’t be doing this if it weren’t for the research I did on this forum so I figured you should all get to enjoy it too.
