Just some feedback, I think I can’t reduce my Vanilla RTD from my subscription currently because it’s out of stock, but that doesn’t make much sense, if I want to reduce it. It doesn’t appear in the list of flavours in my subscription edit page. I just wanted to drop one vanilla and add a new coffee instead.
if you mail the customer service or use the chat on the main UK website they should be able to sort the sub change for you.
