I’ve been lurking on these forums for a while and have noticed that most comments on customer service have been negative. I thought it might be nice to share a positive experience.
I was trying to amend my subscription (all my family are now using my HUEL and I need to increase the order) however the website wouldn’t allow me to make any changes, I just kept getting that spinning circle. I gave up but sent an e mail to customer services explaining what I wanted to do and wondering if they had any ideas why thing wouldn’t change for me. Literally within minutes I had an e mail reply apologising and explaining that the necessary changes had been made for me. Fantastic!
I’ve since found that the problem lay in the use of Safari for my web browser. I then tried accessing the site via Chrome and the site works just fine.
