Yay! -2lb (-9.5lb)
SUPER chuffed with result as I pushed daily cal average back up to 2,000 to see what result it gave – it worked!
NSVs (NonScaleVictory):

  • Cannot believe just how well PT session are going – something’s just clicked this time and I can feel my body correcting itself daily!
  • Aches and pains are practically gone!
  • My boobs now stick out further than my tummy!

Exercise
Fri: pm – hours housework
Sat: am 2.5m walk + arvo 75min Ashtanga Yoga
Sun: PT session
Mon: pm 2.5m walk
Tues: am 2.5m walk + pm 75min Ashtanga Yoga

Diet
Sat+Sun: pushed cals up to give weekly average of 2,000 – included humous snacking and GIN!
Mon-Thurs
Breakii: Huel shake (50g) + banana (with water)
Snack: ½ Grenade Carbkilla bar
Lunch: SoyaChilli+Rice (90gFrozenPortion)
Snack: ½ Grenade Carbkilla bar
Dinner: Mon/Wed/Thurs = SoyaChilli+Rice (90gFrozenPortion), Tues- Huel shake (50g) + banana (with water) after yoga

WooOooHooOoo!!! -1.5lb (-11lb/6wks)
Particularly pleased as been quite tired/hormonal all week – not done as much exercise and some non-optimum food choices - but still within cal allowance

Mon: nada – super tired and grumpy!

Meh - STS (StayTheSame) (-11lb/7wks)
Not too bothered and bit annoyed at same time – some non-optimum food choices again, but this week taking daily cal average over 2k.
Swapped walking for exercise bike – 1/3 time but more intense sessions – will keep this the same and get cals back on track this week so as not to change too much unnecessarily.
Really enjoying bike session tho – Mark set up me up with TV with built-in DVD player – so finally getting to watch body building DVD box set (Prep - the series) that he got me for crimbo – LOVING it! The banter is filthy but hilarious!
Hubby’s staying up away working this w/e – project goes live Tues – paying 7,000 people! – no pressure LoL!
I’ve got a perfectly timed girly lunch tom, so gonna enjoy some food, wine & gossip and get back on track Sun/Mon – Have a batch of spag bol type mix in slow cooker already this am!

+1.5lb… likely due to last nights; GnT & Indian takeaway with beer!
Mark was home at reasonable hour after 11days away so we enjoyed some time together (but I had done 60mins on bike yesterday!)
Not worried – I’ve been super good since Mon – I was planning/going to be happy with a STS – I know it’s not real fat gain – just water in muscle from extra cals - back on it as of now!
Got some lush on-plan food coming with shopping to feed Mark well this w/e as he’s had a bit too much rich food+alcohol with project go live this week.

Have decided to change weigh in day to Thurs.
Mark is either late home and I’m up later than normally and needing an extra snack, or he may get away and be home at a reasonable hour and we can have dinner together.
Either way the extra calories are better consumed directly after rather than before weigh in – both physically for water retention from potential extra carbs and mentally.

So yesterday am showed -0.5lb loss – this is still 1lb up with last weeks +1.5lb gain however (9weeks = -10lb)

Diet – average daily cals = 2,193

Nervous and excited for w/e away in B’Ham and meeting Monica.
Looking forward to some relaxing time with hubby tho

She was just soOo lovely - we’re friends on FB now! lol!
Still very surreal!
I was pleased that she really knew her stuff regards PT training, it was totally a gimmicky promotion but it wasn’t at all a gimmicky experience, she properly knew her stuff - We just did a full body type session, no heavy weights, just keep moving, get the HR up, bring the HR down, repeat, focus on muscle recruitment/engaging core stability - Nothing fancy or clever lol 3x p/wk - feeling motivated!

+1.5lb gain (10weeks = -8.5lb)
Absolutely fine about it – not surprising with average daily cals = 2,591

However, believe it or not we had some – imo – significant non-scale victory type achievements this week and we weren’t nearly as bad as we could have been!
• We went to gym each am whilst away – previously have planned but never managed this!
• We only had full English one am – I ordered us ham+eggs & toast one am
• I stopped Mark ordering room service late one night – we weren’t hungry just bored in hotel room – I made us a coffee and we had a protein bar instead

Not perfection but all most definitely progress!
Which are positive actions we need to replicate with a week away endov Nov

…and… I’ve been to gym 2x this week! Went to Woking DL - LOVED it! Much better than usual branch imo - just need to be anonymous for a bit & hav a change/fresh start
DL have Boditrax scanners http://discover.boditrax.com/#demonstration the stats comparison from/to Dexa aren’t bad actually - I last measured 4months ago REALLY pleased! Perfect relative direction of stats; fat = down & muscle = up

Forgot to weigh in this am - bit hung over! - work seminar & jolly

Not been a great week - well it was - been spoily rotten for my bday - but cals hav sky rocketed!

Made gym on Mon dispite neck/traps/shoulders being super tight and quite uncomfortable - great session!

However, Tues felt like I needed a neck brace! :frowning: managed to get a Physio appointment - tremendous! - back Fri to finish job off - think I’m gonna switch to Physio rather than Osteo - he seems to help more.

Will weighin tom am and get back on track

Totally lost off with gains, maintains and losses!
As of today -10lb (12wks) – happy enough with that as I had a large, obviously water weight, gain last week – glad I hadn’t actually fooked things up and that progress is still there, slow, but there.
Not been to gym for a couple of weeks neck’s been fooked! But saw Physio rather than Osteo = genius! Just taking it slow as still tender/nervous of twinging again.

We’re away up Cheshire at w/e for mum’s cousins 70th – feeling positive amount minimising damage whilst away.
Don’t feel like drinking – Indian take out at sis’s Sat – happy to have Tandoori chkn+rice – just discovered the stuff frickin tasty man!
The ‘do’ Sun is just a Sun lunch and not until 2pm – so with M+D busy at church for remembrance Sun – we plan to head to Wilmslow DL and have a WO+breakii there – eggs n salmon or similar.
Plan to take chkn+soups with me for Sat lunch & Sun pm and lots of Grenade CarbKilla bars for avoiding biscuits with coffee.
Hubby’s staying up there to work Mon-Wed so I’ll be getting train home Mon – may have a cheeky sarnie on train – my weakness!
