Nice going! About those pesky hunger pangs now and then… when I seriously started losing weight a few years back, I would take a few fiber pills with water before a meal. These are totally harmless (when they are made from pectine, like in apple peels), but they will fill you up to some extent. For me, they were exactly what I needed to get to the next meal with sanity (and goals) intact. Good luck and happy hueling!
