I recently began the low FODMAP diet under a dietitian’s advice, and so far Huel has worked miracles for me . However, part of the trouble of this diet is that it’s so restrictive and temptation to eat high FODMAP foods can be so hard to resist sometimes. Thus, I was hoping someone could shed light on whether the flavour boosts were low FODMAP or not - in the hope of expanding my palet!
