I don’t know if it’s just my appetite or the thickness of the drink but I really struggle to drink one serving (125g) and find that half of this serving is more than enough for one meal. I am quite small so there’s less of me to fill up! But i just wanted to know if anyone else gets full quickly?

I normally have 100g and 500ml water/plant milk and that’s fine for me. I prefer it less thick to be honest. I normally drink it over the space of about half an hour…unless I’m in a rush.

I have 125 g and 500 ml water and I wouldn’t say I’m full, but it’s probably among the most satisfying 500 kcal I can envision. I’m 90 kilos and have no problems gorging half a kilo of meat with fries and sauce, and can still make room for a large milkshake. On occasion.

I tend to make up 2 scoops with 400ml of liquid and drink 2/3 at breakfast and the other 1/3 as a mid morning snack, then same again for the lunch one/afternoon snack, if that helps? :slight_smile:
