The outlet is back up.

On there in the UK we have:

  • Huel Granola (Original only)
  • Huel Powder v2.3 (Vanilla, Chocolate, Banana, Mint-Chocolate, Coffee, Unflavoured)
  • Huel Gluten-free v2.3 (Vanilla, Banana, Mint-Chocolate, Unflavoured)

It will be linked in the footer of the website in UK only (since the UK is where the stock is, nothing personal)

Hi @Phil_C, when I placed my order yesterday I got the message that my order had been received. I then got an email in the early hours of this morning telling me my order had now shipped. Being in the UK my orders always come the same day with this message. Will be interesting to see how long delivery is for you. Hope it comes soon.
My box was opened when I arrived home from work but my husband said it was so heavy he dropped the box when lifting it in the front door. He is not strong enough because he does not drink Huel. He he :weight_lifting_man:‍♂:exploding_head::crazy_face:

Yes I got the order confirmation and normally I get a fedex pick up notification within a few hours of the confirmation but nothing as yet.

Hopefully your order will not take too long. What is the usual time scale or is it never the same twice. I have no complaints with DPD but some other delivery companies are shocking. :joy_cat:

36-48 hours to arrive in Malaysia from the time of order.

I just spoke to someone in chat as mine has gone AWOL too. Apparently they may have already run out of stock of granola and V.2.3 which is what might be causing the delay.

Update: it was v2.3 powder that had sold out.

Woot, hoping 32 boxes is enough! I realise the ship has sailed, but granola getting discontinued around the same time the yucky foil-top RTD bottles started getting shipped in the UK happened at a really bad time for me. Really glad to have the granola back for a few months at least.

I’m gutted to have discovered the granola after it was discontinued. I love it - it’s so easy and filling, made a nice change from the shakes, and would have been perfect for regular breakfasts. :cry:

Made my own this morning - but no Huel involved. Butter, honey & marmalade melted together. Oats mixed in. Twenty minutes at 180° then turned down to 160°, add cranberries & coconut for another ten minutes. Leave for 30-60 minutes to cool (if you can resist).
