I love my Black edition coffee caramel but my last batch seems to have quite coarse ground flax.
I wondered if anyone else has found this at all? Or maybe an odd batch. I have never found this an issue before.
We haven’t changed anything recently so this shouldn’t be the case!

Thanks for your message. I have been speaking with Alexandra and sent in the photo that I took of a seed that was in the one bag. She has sorted out a replacement pouch for me and i opened my second pouch with the same batch number and that one seemed to be fine. I will attach the photos for you.
I wondered if the coarse pouch was maybe the last bag filled by the machine in that batch and the flax more concentrated?
Anyway my I tried my second pouch from that same order this morning and that was fine.
It sounds super odd, and certainly the first type of case I’ve had where this is the issue!
It could be down to this issue but as long as its a one off that is the main thing! Thank you for raising it for us as we’ll be able to look into this and track this
