I’m about to be mostly on my own, so I’m thinking Huel shakes for breakfast and I just ordered hot and savory for lunches. Seems like low effort, good nutrition ways to go. Is the hot and savory filling enough for a lunch? Less groceries and saving a little money to me sounds pretty good.

it is, but I would do 3 scoops for lunch for a decent portion size (600 kcal). Had one for dinner at 5, went to bed at midnight without feeling hungry.

Awesome - thank you for the tip. 3 scoops would not fit into the supplied container with the water line. Are there directions of how much water per scoop of food?
