It was okay. It was to watery I will try and add half more scoop today.
Funny thing happened this week. I used the shaker rather than my blender 2 scoops of Black in 400ml of water - usual mix in the blender and found that after overnight refrigeration it was thicker. I had to add water. Go figure.
I’ve changed my routine so that I make a shake with 140g Huel, 300 ml soya milk and water to top up to a full shaker. I have half of that with my lunchtime pills, top it up with more soya milk and fridge it till tea time. Net result for me is a thick, you know you’ve eaten it type snack at about one, with a longer, thinner drink at teatime. The low amount of Huel leaves room for a little bombay mix and some cheese and biscuits. What works for me probably wont work for many, but the important thing is that it works for me. (I’m not skimping on Huel to eat the rest: disability leaves me with a need for fewer calories than most.) What I’m saying is, go past what it says on the bag and what other people say they do: find your own way of eating Huel.
