How long stored in shaker?

there is always an exception to the rule:

See, Skegs not all bad!

Actually makes a good night out in all honesty. If you ignore how dodgy some of it is obviously… Apart from that really wouldn’t wanna live there haha

Anyway, aren’t you from Norfolk? I thought they had webbed feet there…

I worked at Butlins Skeggy while at uni
(Probably nearer ingoldmels ??)

And the beach was definitely ‘bracing’
The best bit was Gilbralter point !

Haha really? My mate works there!

And yes Gibralter point is cool. Has its uses.

Semi accurate… Less chavs at night than you think though, it’s summer day time they come out! I’m always paranoid where I park my car though, I’m aware my mx5 is a magnet for some scrote to joy ride. I’ve legitimately bought a hard top for it out of sheer paranoia because of Skeg…

Since this thread got derailed…

This is my solution to the original problem! Once I replace the old sweaty battery In my boot for a dry gel one that is… Or I’ll poison myself for sure with those gases :skull_and_crossbones:. Worth noting since I’m surely not the only one with an old/odd car :joy:

Do you find yourself in this situation often? Seems rather extreme. One could take some supplies with them when they venture out.

I’d be wary if storing bottled water in the boot long term…it’s only designed for short term storage and may leach things like BPA into the water.

Just buy a bottle of water from a shop or 24hr petrol station when you need it.

Not always practical if you live in the arse end of nowhere. A glass bottle would be better than plastic, or just syphon water out of the radiator of an ancient MX5.

Spontaneity my friend, Spontaneity.

I’d normally agree with the bottled water/BPA comment. it’s got a 2 year life, so I’m guessing it’s fine for a few months up to a year…:man_shrugging: If I was drinking bottled all the time then yes its a concern.

Exactly, its for times like this or other odd weird occasions.

I’ll have you know my Rad it’s clean as a whistle, thank you very much  it’s actually getting flushed next week since I don’t like the coolant the previous owner stuck in it… That or I’ll just drink the washer fluid… :man_shrugging:

Probably. However given the car is what it is, Its steel aftermarket steering wheel with no airbag will see to that more than Jon’s advice! :skull_and_crossbones::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Just pee in an empty bottle, or straight into your Huel shaker and mix straight away. If your short on pee I am sure there would be someone else around who needs a pee and willing to sell you there’s.:crazy_face:

Looking back, I’m not too impressed with what previous owners have stuck in mine, either, but there’s nothing I can do about it now. :woman_shrugging:
