I’m 164 cm and sedentary. I just hate healthy food and I’d rather drink Huel for the nutrients instead of it. How much of it do I need not to end up in a hospital? Let’s assume I’d eat peanut butter, corn chips and other snacks apart from Huel to cover the calorie requirement. Maybe a multivitamin too.
Huel is formulated to be nutritionally complete at 2000 calories a day. Less if you use some Huel lite which has a higher concentration of vitamins and minerals (but I haven’t worked it out).
So assuming you are consuming 400 calorie meals that is 5 meals a day.
Personally I can’t eat 5 Huel meals a day (when I do consume Huel as my sole nutrition) as I find it too filling.
Being sedentary will lead to the hospital no matter what you eat. Peanut butter is good stuff though. Protein, healthy fats, fibre, bloody gorgeous on everything. Don’t knock it.
I don’t think it’s really possible to answer your question. We’re all fucked in the end; eating well and moving more just delays it. Huel is healthy food, so get some inside you and slow the Reaper down.
Here endeth today’s sermon. Amen.
If you have Huel daily greens then you can live off crisps.
